The answer is yes, and no. Custom can mean many things from designing something from scratch or altering an existing style to suit your needs. So custom made can be very affordable. Once you’ve had your first appointment, you’ll see why.

Many guys today want to keep the ring a surprise but there are things to consider when going it alone. Firstly, we do recommend you consider involving your girlfriend, if only to get her opinion on style (not price). We’ll make notes for when you drop by the next time. It will make the choice so much easier if we have a place to start. High or low set diamond, solitaire or multi-stone, finger size…you get the idea. But if you are the lone wolf let us help you avoid making some of the common mistakes. It will be helpful to come with a ring from her jewellery box so we can get the size right. We’ll be happy to provide lots of good advice. It’s what we do!
